Assets Real Estate Development has announced that Baywalk Tower in the Viva Bahriya district of The Pearl-Qatar has been officially certified as completed.
The real estate company, a subsidiary of Power international Holding Group (PIH), stated that the 23-storey residential tower is fully-operational, and several customers had already moved into their apartments in the eco-friendly building.
Moutaz al-Khayyat, chairman of Assets, extended his appreciation to all those who worked in completing the project.

Assets Real Estate Development expressed its satisfaction on the building completion certified by UDC, the delegated official authority to check and confirm the standards of buildings completion in The Pearl-Qatar.
Ramez al-Khayyat, Assets vice chairman, also extended his invitation to interested investors to come and visit the luxurious state-of-the-art residential tower with its amenities.
