The Ministry of Education and Higher Education launched yesterday the unified online portal for public services.
The unified portal for public services aims to enable the public, stakeholders and other citizens and residents to have electronic access to the services provided by the Ministry of Education, through a unified window and at the required speed. The ministry is working to unify all its electronic services under one umbrella that is comprehensive and integrated.
HE the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Dr Ibrahim bin Saleh al-Nuaimi, affirmed that the launch of the electronic portal is a continuation of the ministry’s efforts to develop the services it provides to the public, and in line with the e-government strategy for Qatar 2020 for digital transformation aimed at enabling and facilitating the access to the services at any time and from any place.
He pointed out that the ministry has standardised its electronic services and put it under a multi-service umbrella, which facilitates the process of obtaining it in a way that meets the aspirations of the public, and in a manner that suits their multiple needs in the digital age.
HE al-Nuaimi explained in a press statement that the services will be provided in multiple stages. Today the first package of the electronic services was launched for the public.
