* Temperature expected to fall from Wednesday evening

The Qatar Met department has said a noticeable rise in temperature is expected in the country Tuesday, followed by windy and dusty conditions from Wednesday.
For Monday, poor visibility has been forecast in most areas in the early hours due to misty to foggy conditions, according to the weather office.
Thick fog was reported from many places early Sunday morning, too, leading to a drop in visibility.
In a report Sunday, the Met department said a noticeable rise in temperature is expected in Qatar on Tuesday due to southerly fresh winds. The maximum temperature is forecast to reach 30C in Doha and the mid-thirties in the central and southern parts of the country.

Fog enveloped Doha Sunday

The southerly winds will be followed by fresh to strong northwesterly winds from the beginning of Wednesday, ranging in speed from 15-25 knots and going up to 32 knots in some areas. This, in turn, will cause blowing dust and poor visibility - below 2km - especially in the open areas. There is also a chance of a "mass of dust" affecting the country, originating from the northern Arabian Peninsula, the report states.
In addition, the wave height is expected to rise above 10ft at times.
The northerly winds will be accompanied by a drop in temperature from Wednesday evening until Saturday, with cold weather at night and mild conditions during the daytime. The minimum is expected to range from 13C to 16C and the maximum from 19C to 25C across the country.
The Met department has urged people to be cautious, avoid marine activities from Tuesday night until Friday and follow latest updates through its official social media accounts.
Meanwhile, Monday's detailed forecast says misty to foggy conditions are likely in most areas at first, followed by moderate daytime temperature and some clouds. It will be relatively cold by night.
Visibility may drop to 2km or less in some places in the early hours due to the expected conditions.
The Met department has said poor visibility is also expected at first in some offshore areas Monday. It will be misty at times and some clouds are also likely, and there is a chance of fog in some places in the early hours.
The minimum temperature is expected to be 17C in Dukhan Monday, followed by 18C in Wakra, Mesaieed, Al Khor, Abu Samra and Ruwais, and 19C in Doha. The maximum, on the other hand, will be 31C in Abu Samra, 29C in Dukhan, 27C in Doha, Al Khor and Ruwais, and 25C in Wakra and Mesaieed.
