His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met on Wednesday with the Lord Mayor of the City of London in the United Kingdom William Russell, and his accompanying delegation at the Amiri Diwan, on the occasion of his visit to the country.
During the meeting, they discussed cooperation relations between Qatar and Britain, and the prospects for their development particularly in the fields of economy, investment and commercial and financial exchanges, in addition to exchanging experiences in the sports field, especially with regards to Qatar hosting the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
