Alfardan Premier Motors Co, the official retailer of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles in Qatar, has opened its newly renovated Jaguar Land Rover sales, service and spare parts facility in Doha’s Industrial Area.
The facility brings “state-of-the-art improved services and first-class sales and after-sales solutions exclusively” to Jaguar Land Rover customers, according to a press statement.
The renovated facility “represents Alfardan Premier Motors’ relentless drive for excellence in service standards for its customers”.
Previously only focusing on its after-sales aspect, the renovated centre now offers sales, service and spare parts “all in one”, the statement notes.
Adhering to Jaguar Land Rover’s new ARCH retail standards, the facility’s ARCH implementation was distributed between the ground and mezzanine floors.
The centre is also accredited as a certified body repair centre and approved aluminium specialist.

With dedicated entrances for sales, services and spare parts customers respectively, the new Jaguar Land Rover facility features a high-end Personalisation Studio within the sales area alongside accessory walls and branded goods, offering owners the ultimate in customisation choices.
Keeping the focus on the customer, the centre also offers an active reception, a private ladies customer lounge as well as waiting lounges on both the ground and mezzanine levels with hospitality areas.
By creating an inviting and upgraded multi-faceted space, the centre represents Jaguar Land Rover’s commitment to both its customers and community.

Aside from the renovation and the service offerings, Alfardan Premier Motors also added enhanced customer experiences for the drop-off services and online service bookings.
The renovated facility is open from Saturday-Thursday, 7am-7pm.
Ensuring accessibility for its customers, Alfardan Premier Motors also has a Quick Service facility located in Al Markhiya.
Further, the company has recently announced the completion of renovation work at its second world-class showroom in the vibrant Al Sadd area in the heart of Doha, as the automotive brand further cements its leadership position in the market, the statement adds.
The refurbished location serves as a complementary sister-showroom to the flagship site Alfardan Premier Motors opened at Burj Alfardan in Lusail City last year, which is currently the world’s biggest, state-of-the-art, multi-level Jaguar Land Rover showroom.
