The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) yesterday launched its new website as part of its strategy to modernise and enhance its appeal within the investment community.
“The launch of the new website is a new step in the context of our business development strategy aiming to enhance investment attractiveness and promote institutional and societal sustainability,” said Aisha Al Mahmoud, QSE’s IT director.
The launch coincided with the QSE’s investors’ relations award, which recognised the listed companies for their efforts in deepening their engagement with investors. The new website can be accessed at the URL: www.qe.com.qa.
The new website is part of an ongoing modernisation campaign that aims to enhance the level of investment awareness in the community and the overall experience of current and potential investors while searching the site and navigating news, data and details related to the securities listed on the QSE, she said.
The new website offers innovative features to meet the needs and demands of various stakeholders including analysts and investment funds as it contains explanatory tips and information for individuals and companies in relation to trading, brokers, products, disclosures, and other securities-related information.
“With new interactive tools, mobile optimisation and improved market watch page, our stakeholders will experience innovative features, including well-informative charts and graphs of trading and stocks data designed to help investors with their investment decisions. The new website is also compatible with all smart devices”, she said.
