Fromage Restaurant, owned by Alrabia Investment and Management, has been relaunched with new delicacies and preparations.
Located at Tawar Mall, the restaurant is conceptulised locally, right from its design to the cuisines, and serves international dishes.
“This restaurant features an international cuisine with speciality dishes that include Raclette cheese from the Swiss Alps. This is one of our specialities and cheese is a striking flavour of our dishes,” said Hani Taleb, general manager of the group.
“We have everything that people would love to eat with nice salads, excellent appetisers and pasta and pizza, among other things. In addition, we serve an excellent breakfast with an Arabic set as well as Continental items,” added Taleb.
Taleb said Fromage at present has only one outlet while the group has several other restaurants. “We are planning to open Fromage Restaurant in other malls, too, as and when we find a suitable space and location,” he added.
Edgar Doerig, ambassador of Switzerland, and several other dignitaries were present at the relaunch event recently.
