The MoPH will continue to keep the public updated, the statement added. On Monday, a top official at the MoPH assured that Qatar has taken all precautions against the spread of the coronavirus and there is no need to panic.
“We would like to assure the people that all protocols are in place to face any situation. We do not have any suspicious case reported until now,” Sheikh Dr Mohamed bin Hamad al-Thani, director of the Public Health Department, MoPH, told the media.
