Ahmed bin Mohammed Military College celebrated Sunday the handing out of the Bachelor of Military Science certificates to the graduates of the 15th batch of officer cadets.
The ceremony was held under the patronage and in the presence of HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah.
The ceremony was also attended by HE the Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Ghanem bin Shaheen al-Ghanem, senior officers of the Armed Forces, officers and officials of the college and faculty, and parents of the cadets.
During the ceremony, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs honoured the outstanding cadets, and handed out the certificates to the graduates.
During the four-year training course which was designed in accordance with the highest standards, both in its military and academic sections, the cadets received lessons in military science, parachute jump, thunderbolt course, in addition to management, law, accounting, information systems and international relations curricula.
The 15th batch included officer cadets from sisterly and friendly countries.
