The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has said it is providing parking lots in the vicinity of Khalifa International Stadium, in co-ordination with the organising committee of the ongoing FIFA Club World Cup, with a capacity of about 10,000 cars to facilitate the arrival of fans at the stadium.

In a post on Twitter on Monday, Ashghal stressed that through co-ordination with the organising committee and the Ministry of Interior, it is implementing operational plans on roads to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and facilitate the safe access of fans to the stadium to attend the matches.

Khalifa International Stadium is set to host the remaining five matches of the FIFA Club World Cup:
the fifth-place tie between Al Sadd SC and Espérance Sportive de Tunis on Tuesday;
the first semi-final between CR Flamengo and Al Hilal FC on Tuesday;
the second semi-final between Liverpool FC and Monterrey on Wednesday;
the third-place match and the final on December 21.
