Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), met yesterday with Rwandan President Paul Kagame, who was in Qatar to participate in Doha Forum 2019. During the meeting, they discussed ongoing projects with Silatech and Education Above All in Rwanda, as well as ways to collaborate with Qatar Foundation in higher education.
