Rwandan President Paul Kagame arrived in Doha Friday evening to participate in Doha Forum 2019, which starts Saturday and continues for two days. President Kagame and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by HE the Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim Seif Ahmed al-Sulaiti, Qatar's ambassador to Rwanda Abdullah bin Mohamed al-Sayed and Rwandan ambassador to Qatar Francois Nkulikiyimfura.
