His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani held a session of official talks with the Vice-President of Ecuador, Otto Ramon Sonnenholzner, at the Amiri Diwan on Thursday.
During the session, both sides discussed bilateral relations and ways of developing them in different spheres, especially in economy, investments and tourism sectors. They also discussed issues of common concern. The session was attended by a number of Qatari ministers and the
members of the official delegation accompanying the Ecuadorian vice-president. Earlier in the morning His Highness the Amir received the Ecuadorian vice-president at the Amiri Diwan.
During the meeting, they reviewed relations between Qatar and Ecuador, ways of enhancing them and a number of issues of mutual interest.
