His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met at the Amiri Diwan Wednesday with the outgoing Italian ambassador to Qatar Pasquale Salzano. The Amir granted the ambassador Al Wajbah Decoration in recognition of his efforts and role in contributing to enhancing bilateral relations, wishing him success in his future missions, and the relations between the two countries further progress and prosperity. For his part, the ambassador expressed thanks and appreciation to the Amir and the State's officials for the co-operation he received that contributed to the success of his work in the country.
