HE the Minister of State for Energy Affairs Saad bin Sherida al-Kaabi met in Doha with the visiting Philippines Secretary of Energy Alfonso Gaba Cusi and the accompanying delegation, who are on an official visit to Qatar.
Talks during the meeting, which was attended by Reuben Lista, president and CEO of the Philippine National Oil Company, covered bilateral co-operation in the energy field and ways of enhancing it.
