AAB Warehousing Solutions, a division of Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co (AAB), has held its annual meet for valued customers.
The ceremony was primarily aimed at introducing the latest solutions, services and equipment offered by the division. It also included presentations on the developments taking place in the warehousing and material handling industry in the world in general.
The ceremony was attended by key companies in the food & beverage, FMCG, 3PL, manufacturing, oil & gas and logistics sectors. Attendees also included delegates from manufacturers, represented by AAB in Qatar, the AAB executive team and AAB Warehousing Solutions team. In a statement, AAB stressed that it organised the annual ceremony “to contribute to its clients’ efforts and support their requirements in the warehousing field in Qatar”.
Inaugurating the ceremony, Yazan Mustafa, COO of the AAB Commercial & Industrial Division, thanked AAB’s customers for their trust and continuous support. He emphasised AAB’s “commitment offering superior and high-quality products and services at all times”.
“AAB is very proud of our partnership with the world’s leading companies, such as Toyota Material Handling, for several decades as well as Godrej Storage Solutions,” he said. “Over the last few years, AAB has made extensive and focused efforts to be among the key players in the field of warehousing and material handling equipment. Today, we offer an extensive range of products and services that meet and exceed our customers’ requirements, and contribute positively to the improvement of their warehousing operations.”
On behalf of Toyota Material Handling, a brief was provided on all the products offered by the company, including Toyota forklifts, which are considered the “first choice” for forklifts in Qatar as well as globally. There was also a briefing on the high-quality warehouse equipment of BT, a Swedish brand owned by Toyota.
Gnanasekaran, manager – International Sales at Godrej Storage Solutions, delivered a brief speech on the different products offered by the company, which mainly include the full range of racking, shelving and semi-automated storage systems. The ceremony included the exhibition of a number of new products recently introduced by AAB. The first brand was IMER Access Platforms from Italy. The product range of IMER includes scissor lifts, articulated boom platforms and crawler access platforms.
The other brand was Kopron Logistics, a world-renowned Italian brand. Kopron is a specialised international player in the field of loading bays equipment, fast doors, industrial doors and fixed & retractable PVC warehouses. The programme concluded with the announcement of AAB’s new services offered in the field of buying and selling pre-owned Toyota forklifts, long-term rental and lease-to-own facilities to cater to the demands of existing clients.
