Commercial Bank has announced the relocation of its former Industrial Area branch, to a new location at the Milaha Complex in Ain Khaled. The branch inauguration ceremony on October 27 was attended by key dignitaries, including president and CEO of Milaha, Abdulrahman al-Mannai and officially opened by Commercial Bank board member, Sheikh Faisal bin Fahad bin Jassim al-Thani.
Sheikh Faisal said, “This branch was opened to serve the thriving commercial community of small businesses and local families in this area. We appreciate that for many customers being able to visit a bank physically is still important and hence why we have invested in this location for our customers.”
Amit Sah, executive general manager and head (Retail Banking), said, “Our customers have a wide choice of options when choosing how to do their banking. Our world-class digital banking supplements our branch and ATM network and gives choice to customers.
“We will continue to reshape our branch network, appearing in multiple new locations, renovating and modernising established sites where appropriate, to give customers a great service regardless of how or where they choose to bank.”
Nayef al-Beshri, AGM and head (Branch Network) at Commercial Bank said, “Today we are pleased to have this dominant presence in the Ain Khaled area. We would encourage the residents of Ain Khalid to visit us and talk to us about how we can help them get more from their banking.
“Our range of products, services and reward offers are amongst the most extensive in the country and we would be delighted to show customers the benefits and convenience of banking with us.”
