His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani will patronise the opening of the Qatar IT Conference and Exhibition (Qitcom 2019), organised by the Ministry of Transport and Communications under the theme 'Safe and Smart Cities', and the Munich Security Conference Core Group meeting tomorrow at the Qatar National Convention Center (QNCC).
The opening ceremony will be attended by Rwanda President Paul Kagame, the Chairman of the Munich Security Conference, Wolfgang Ischinger, as well as a number of ministers of foreign affairs, information, communications and technology from brotherly and friendly countries, heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Qatar, senior officials, experts, heads of boards of directors and executives in the field of communications and information technology.
