Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Co (QIMC) on Tuesday launched its new project ‘Corniche Park Towers’.

The project - a 24-floor office tower, a 29-floor residential tower, a 38-floor 5-star hotel and serviced apartments - will be managed by its subsidiary Tarweej Investment Co (TIC).

This was unveiled by QIMC chairman Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Mohamed bin Jabor al-Thani, at the 8th edition of Cityscape Qatar, which got underway on Tuesday at the DECC.

"We have eagerly awaited the official unveiling of the Corniche Park Towers project through which we strive to cater for the commercial, hospitality and tourism increasing needs in the West Bay area in particular,” Sheikh Abdulrahman said.

He said the project is expected not only to contribute to the country's 2030 vision but also place it within the global real estate landscape, especially as Qatar is witnessing a remarkable development in the infrastructure development field, ahead of the 2022 World Cup preparations.

The latest mixed-use development ascends at the heart of the West Bay district. Sprawling across 10,435sqm of land, the development enjoys expansive views of the adjacent waterfront.
