His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani participated in the enthronement ceremony of Emperor Naruhito of Japan which took place at the Imperial Place in Tokyo on Tuesday.
A number of dignitaries including heads of state and governments and representatives of international organisations participated in the ceremony.
The Amir also attended the dinner banquet hosted by Emperor Naruhito in honour of the distinguished guests participating in the enthronement ceremony.
