The Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) yesterday organised an introductory session for it new employees at the Kahramaa Awareness Park at Al Thumama, according to a Kahramaa statement.
Such sessions are organised in order to help the new employees become familiar with the park, and provide them with a full picture of Kahramaa and its various departments are linked to each other so as to improve teamwork and performance in all services extended by the corporation.
During the session, the new employees learned about the policies and procedures. An interactive session on human resources management, a presentation on how to utilise services for employees through Kahramaa website and smartphone application, and a tour of the park were among the itinerary.
