The UK’s largest hotel brand Premier Inn will open its second hotel in Qatar this November. Premier Inn has signed a management agreement with Al Majed Group to operate the 105 bedroom hotel in Old Airport area, according to a statement.
“There is great demand for high quality midscale hotel brands like Premier Inn in Qatar. We look forward to the 2022 FIFA World Cup as both our locations in Doha have a World Cup Stadium next door,” said Premier Inn Hotels country general manager Rajiv Tarcar.
“We are a well-known brand in the region. The product has been well-received in Qatar, and our guests are eagerly awaiting the opening our new location, which is 10 minutes from Hamad International Airport (HIA), as well as the Corniche and West Bay,” added Tarcar.
The hotel will operate a complimentary shuttle bus from the HIA. The hotel’s 105 stylish bedrooms, all fully en-suite and including adapted rooms for guests with special needs, come with a working desk space and Premier Inn’s signature and super-comfy Hypnos bed, which fulfils the brand promise of a guaranteed good night’s sleep.
Premier Inn’s legendary ‘all you can eat’ breakfast will be available at Omnia, where kids aged 15 and under eat breakfast free with an accompanying adult.
Premier Inn is set to open its second hotel in Qatar this November.
