A “yearning for education” exists throughout the world, the president of Gambia said while visiting Qatar Foundation (QF) on Thursday.
On his tour of Education City, Adama Barrow was given an insight into QF’s unique environment, which includes more than 50 education, science and research, and community development entities.
And during his visit, he said: “The whole world is yearning for education. It is the key focus of mine, and it is the foundation to everything in life. Qatar Foundation also realises the importance of education, and we share the same values.”
