His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has sent a written message to the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, pertaining to the brotherly relations between the two countries, ways to develop them and issues of common concern.
The Amir's Personal Representative His Highness Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani handed over the message when the Amir of Kuwait met him on Monday at Dar Salwa.
At the outset of the meeting, the Amir's Personal Representative conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir to the Amir of Kuwait as well as his wishes of good health and further progress and prosperity for the fraternal Kuwaiti people.
For his part, the Amir of Kuwait reciprocated his greetings to the Amir and his wishes of continued success for him and for the Qatari people further development and prosperity.
The meeting was attended by the Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly Marzouq al-Ghanim and First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah al-Khaled al-Hamad al-Sabah.
