The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a temporary one lane closure in each direction on 1.3km of Onaiza Street between Civil Defence Interchange and Gulf Interchange from Friday for a period of two months.
The traffic change, implemented in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, is aimed at facilitating the completion of upgrading works of utility lines constructed as part of B Ring Road Upgrade project.
Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the closure and requested all road users to abide by the speed limit, and follow the road signs to ensure safety.
