Hyatt Plaza Mall, in collaboration with National Tourism Council (NTC), organised a wide range of activities and events as part of the Eid al-Adha celebrations and the 'Summer in Qatar' initiative.
These included stage shows and roaming shows that aimed to bring joy to mall visitors through the five days of Eid al-Adha.
The exclusive Eid stage show 'A Cinderella Story', held in both Arabic and English, attracted children and their families during this period. The popularity of the show was evident from the fact that around 10,000 people watched the show daily during the Eid days, Hyatt Plaza Mall said in a statement.
'A Cinderella Story' was staged from the first to fifth day of Eid, between 5pm and 11pm. Besides the show, the programme also included games, and meet and greet sessions, and was presented by a team of Arab actors.
In addition, Hyatt Plaza Mall hosted daily international roaming shows during the five days of Eid al-Adha, such as 'Avengers'.
"These roaming acts created a fun, festive atmosphere for residents, families and visitors during Eid al-Adha and 'Summer in Qatar' 2019," the statement added.
