HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah met with Turkish Minister of Defence Hulusi Akar in Ankara on Monday.
The meeting discussed a number of issues of joint concern, as well as the bilateral military relations and ways to enhancing them.
The meeting was attended by Qatar's ambassador to Turkey Salem bin Mubarak al-Shafi, Qatari military attache to Turkey Brig. Gen. Mohamed Mubarak al-Shahwani and a number of senior Turkish officers.
