Doha Bank receives ‘Best Customer Service’ award

Doha Bank was conferred the ‘Best Customer Service and Alternative Banking Channels’ award at the Arab Banks Awards and Commendations of Excellence ceremony held recently in Beirut.
The awards ceremony, organised by the World Union for Arab Bankers (Wuab), honoured firms with innovative practices, among other growth/performance indicators. 
Abdullah al-Asadi, the executive manager of Shareholders Affair Department, received the award on behalf of Doha Bank from Dr Joseph Torbey, chairman, general manager and director of Credit Libanais; and Wissam Fattouh, the secretary-general of the Union of Arab Banks.
The award recognised Doha Bank for being an exemplar and innovative provider of best technologies with its remarkable online and mobile banking services, which features simple step login; enhanced dashboard view of all accounts; easy access with biometric authentication; international money transfers to over 200 countries; fast, secure, and real time transfers/payment options; and card services and activations, alongside extension of banking services on wearable devices (Apple Watch).
Al-Asadi added: “We are very proud to have won this prestigious award. Being named the best customer service provider reaffirms our full commitment to bring our customers the best services and products the market has to offer.
