Ministry of Education and Higher Education announces that more than 500 students have applied for local and external scholarships for the academic year 2019/2020.
In addition to the scholarship programmes offered locally and abroad, students also have the opportunity to get a scholarship in Academic Bridge Programme and the Amiri Scholarship Programme by applying and registering through the student's website. the Ministry also confirmed that no application will be accepted except through the website.
To obtain an academic scholarship, the student must be a candidate for diploma and first degree/bachelor's degree/Qatari nationality and medically fit.
The academic disciplines available for scholarships include nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, general medicine, education, first aid, advanced care, medical radiology, pharmacy technology and other subspecialties.
Applying for scholarships began on June 30 last year and continues throughout the current academic year 2019/2020.
