HE the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and head of the committee Dr Ibrahim al-Nuaimi met the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic, Dr Carlos Gabriel, and his accompanying delegation in Doha Wednesday. During the meeting they discussed aspects of co-operation in the education field and ways to develop them.
