HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah received on Wednesday a written message from Kazakhstan's Defense Minister Nurlan Yermekbayev, regarding the bilateral relations between the two sides. The message was delivered at the meeting with Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the State of Qatar Askar Shokybayev.
