HE the Minister of State, Dr Hamad bin Abdul Aziz al-Kuwari, represented Qatar at the inauguration ceremony of Panama's President Laurentino Cortizo, in the presence of representatives from all over the world. HE al-Kuwari conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani to President Cortizo and wished him success and the relations between Qatar and Panama further development. For his part, Panamanian president conveyed to Dr al-Kuwari, his greetings to the Amir. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Qatar's ambassador to Panama, Saad bin Mubarak al-Nuaimi.
