Militants attacked a government building under
construction in Egypt's restive northern Sinai region on Saturday,
killing at least four workers, a security source said.
Six other workers were wounded in the attack, the source said.
Egyptian security forces had cordoned off the area and launched a
manhunt for the attackers.
Witnesses said masked militants opened fire at the building near
al-Arish airport and set fire on two vehicles before they fled into
the desert.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
