Weather inshore tonight until 6 am on Thursday will be blowing dust to dusty at some places, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of strong wind and poor visibility at most places. 
Offshore, it will be dusty at times, the report added, warning of strong wind, high sea and poor visibility at some places. 
Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 17 to 27 knots, gusting 38 knots at some places at first.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 25 to 35 knots gusting to 40 knots at some places at first.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers or 2 kilometers or less at places at times. 
Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 5 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 8 to 12 feet surging 13 feet at some places at first.
