HE the Minister of State Dr Hamad bin Abdul Aziz al-Kuwari, represented Qatar at the inauguration ceremony of President Nayib Bukele as President of El Salvador.
Vice-President of Salvador Felix Ulloa, and First Lady of the republic, Gabriela de Bukele, met separately with HE al-Kuwari. During the two meetings, they reviewed issues of joint interest.
HE al-Kuwari said in an interview with Megavision's Channel 21 on the sidelines of his visit to El Salvador, that Qatar and El Salvador have strong relations, and added that the diplomatic representation of Qatar in El Salvador reflected the depth of ties between the two friendly countries. He also said that Qatar is considering the investment opportunities available in El Salvador.
