HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani met on Tuesday with the visiting Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations, means of boosting them besides regional issues of common concern.
The two sides reviewed the situation in the region and expressed their concern about the escalation and problems in the region. Both sides expressed the importance of dialogue to resolve them.
The Iranian deputy foreign minister also confirmed his country's readiness to enter into a dialogue with the Gulf States regarding the region's stability and security.
