His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani issued the following decrees yesterday:
1. Decree No 28 of 2019 ratifying a memorandum of understanding to co-operate in the tourism field between the governments of Qatar and Turkmenistan, signed in Ashgabat on 7/3/2016, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
2. Decree No 29 of 2019 ratifying an agreement on the cancellation of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and private passports between the governments of Qatar and Togolese Republic signed in Doha on 30/4/2018, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
3. Decree No 30 of 2019 ratifying an air services agreement between the governments of Qatar and Kyrgyz Republic signed in Doha on 21/1/2018, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
4. Decree No 31 of 2019 ratifying an agreement on the cancellation of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and private passports between the governments of Qatar and Peru signed in Lima on 2/10/2018, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.

Instruments of ratification

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday issued the following instruments of ratification:
1. Instrument of ratification approving draft agreement on economic, trade and technical co-operation between the governments of Qatar and Benin signed in Doha on May 7, 2018. 
2. Instrument of ratification approving a draft agreement in maritime transport between the governments of Qatar and the Council of Ministers of Albania, signed in Doha on April 16, 2019. 
3. Instrument of ratification approving a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to co-operate in the field of technical and vocational education and training between the governments of Qatar and the Philippines signed in Doha on April 16, 2017. 
4. Instrument of ratification approving a draft agreements for co-operation and news exchange between Qatar News Agency (QNA) and the Liberian News Agency (LINA), signed in Monrovia, April 30, 2018. 
5. Instrument of ratification approving the air services draft agreement between the governments of Qatar and Lesotho signed in Doha on April 24, 2019. 
6. Instrument of ratification approving a draft agreement to co-operate in the agricultural, livestock and fisheries fields between the governments of Qatar and Palestine signed in Doha on September 13, 2018. 
7. Instrument of ratification approving the ratification of the co-operation agreement in the legal field between the governments of Qatar and Togolese Republic signed in Doha on April 4, 2018.
