Qatari artist Abdulsalam al-Qadi has gifted two paintings composed of crystals to the Turkish President Reccep Tayyip Erdogan.
The first painting depicts the Dome of the Rock in Al Quds and the other is a portrait of President Erdogan. The Turkish President alongside Turkish culture officials received the gift from the Qatari artist at a reception held in Istanbul, Turkey.
Erdogan pointed out that the gift reflected the deep brotherly relations between the Turkish and Qatari peoples. He said both peoples are standing by each other and extending support to each other at hard times.
In the meantime, al-Qadi has expressed his happiness at the Turkish President accepting his two paintings as a gift. He also stressed the good brotherly relations between the Turkish and Qatari people.
