Princess Dina Mired of Jordan, president of the Union of International Cancer Control (UICC), visited College of the North Atlantic-Qatar (CNA-Q) this week.
She met with members of the College Executive, the dean of Health Sciences, and members of the faculty to discuss the ongoing fight against cancer. The UICC is holding its global World Cancer Leaders’ Summit and Congress in Muscat, Oman, in October 19-22, 2020.
This will be the first time ever that the UICC is holding its award-winning Summit and Congress in the region. Princess Mired was pleased to visit CNA-Q, in collaboration with Qatar Cancer Society, for a united front in the battle against cancer, according to a statement issued by CNA-Q on Thursday.
