The Bedaya Centre for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (Bedaya Centre) has concluded its three-day ‘Innovation Seminar,’ which was held at the City Centre Rotana Doha.
During the seminar, Bedaya Centre hosted a selection of speakers and inspiring personalities who are considered market leaders and pioneers in innovation and business role models. 
The speakers included Qatar Financial Centre CCO Raed al-Emadi; Qatar Science and Technology Park programme manager-Acceleration Mohamed Zebian; Bedaya Centre entrepreneurship adviser Mahmood al-Mahmood; Advanced Computing Centre CEO Shaikha Athba al-Thani; Innovation consultant Mohamed al-Jufairi; E-Butler co-founder Omar Ashour; Subol CEO Saleh Safran; Arvex co-founder Salman Badnava, and Modaris programme co-founder & CEO Haitham al-Haidari.
During the seminar, the speakers discussed the most important themes that support entrepreneurship and innovation in the business sector and tackled three topics: The enhanced business modelling, designing innovative value propositions, and best innovation techniques. In addition, the seminar included interactive workshops that focused on theories and techniques related to this sector.
Bedaya Centre general manager Reem al-Sowaidi said, “Innovation is one of the most important elements to ensure the success of any project as it helps in identifying and highlighting many advantages of the project that stand out from others in look and content. 
“This also reflects on the project owner with lot of benefits such as great financial return, the excellence of its products and the increase in demand for them through which he or she can compete with other projects working in this area.”
She added: “Through the Innovation Forum, we sought to provide opportunity for entrepreneurs to listen to a selection of speakers and inspirational guests, who have showcased and discussed their innovations and practical experiences, and provided attendees the needed advice and guidance to consolidate this concept and make it a focal point to ensure the success of their projects in the future.”
