French President Emmanuel Macron received the credentials of Qatar's ambassador, HE Sheikh Ali bin Jassim al-Thani.
The ambassador conveyed His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani's greetings to the French president and wishes of further progress and prosperity to the French people.
The French president reciprocated the Amir's greetings and wished the Qatari people prosperity and progress. He also wished the ambassador success in his new duties and to work to support and promote friendship and co-operation ties between Qatar and France.
