A grand cultural event was hosted by Katara - The Cultural Village Foundation on Tuesday for the officials and delegates to the ongoing 140th General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).
Performances highlighting Qatari heritage and traditions were among the highlights of the evening. HE the Advisory Council Speaker Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid al-Mahmoud, who is also President of the 140th General Assembly of the IPU, and IPU President Gabriela Cuevas Barron were among the dignitaries present.
