Ooredoo announced yesterday that it was the Platinum Sponsor of the Dell Technologies Forum held at the St Regis Doha, yesterday.
The forum provided a valuable opportunity for Dell and Ooredoo to showcase their products, solutions, and strategies that can enable the digital transformation of Qatar’s businesses.
The event attracted hundreds of attendees, including management-level IT representatives: analysts, operations managers, network security engineers, and technical architects from a number of different industries.
Aside from being Platinum Sponsor, Ooredoo also hosted a booth at the event demonstrating its Data Centre services, such as Remote Backup service, whereby business customers are able to back up all their files, applications, databases, and virtual machines in Ooredoo’s Cloud and recover them when needed with just a click, and Disaster Recovery, which includes both in-country and out-of-country solutions that safeguard mission-critical applications and/or infrastructure.
Ooredoo Qatar COO Yousuf Abdulla al-Kubaisi said, “Business transformation is in the spotlight currently, with corporate entities looking at their data security and management.
“We were delighted to support this event, which was an excellent opportunity for us to showcase our Data Centre services that enhance business operations, as well as connect with hundreds of industry professionals.”
