HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani on Friday held talks with Rwanda's Minister of Foreign Affairs Richard Sezibera, Minister of ICT and Innovation Paula Ingabire, Minister of Infrastructure Claver Gatete, and a number of Rwanda’s officials, yesterday in Kigali. During the talks, they discussed bilateral relations and means of boosting them, in addition to a number of issues of mutual interest, especially in the fields of investment.
