HEC Paris in Qatar will deliver the ‘Mastering Strategic Negotiations’ executive short programme from March 19 to 21.
The three-day programme will take place in Tornado Tower, led by HEC Paris associate professor Gonçalo Pacheco de Almeida.
Professor Pacheco de Almeida said, “This programme is designed to equip professionals with cutting-edge negotiation techniques to analyse, prepare for, and execute complex deals across most industries.
The negotiation techniques discussed in class can be immediately applied to real-world situations.”
This programme will offer participants tools to develop an innovative ‘How-To Guide’ to succeed in complex, high-stakes negotiations.
Additionally, they will learn to apply this negotiation roadmap to the specifics of each deal and understand how the economics of a deal affect the opportunities to negotiate or walk away from a possible deal.
Through this executive short programme, participants will be better equipped to control the negotiation process by anticipating and influencing their counterparts’ actions and be able to polish their negotiation style by identifying their strengths, weakness and auditing intuition.
Keeping up “with its tradition of constantly upgrading programmes”, HEC Paris in Qatar delivers a full range of executive short programmes, focusing on a variety of key management areas, a press statement notes.
“Participants taking up these programmes benefit immensely from the vast knowledge of the globally renowned faculties to chart their future professional goals in the most systematic manner in tune to changing economic requirements,” it adds.
