The St Regis Doha is currently hosting the Asean Food Week, giving guests an opportunity “to indulge in a collection of the finest experiences and celebrate exceptional dishes” from the seven countries that make up the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean). 
The Asean Food Week is taking place at Vine Restaurant, featuring a collection of the most celebrated signature dishes and traditional desserts from Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines and Brunei Darussalam, the hotel has said in a 
statement.
On February 28, the event featured a special edition of its barbecue night offering delicious ribs and BBQ classics, in addition to a wide range of Asean dishes and an array of cultural performances from Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. Then, on March 1, The St Regis Doha hosted an Asean edition of its Grand Brunch. 
The hotel will conclude its special culinary week with the Asean edition of Vine’s seafood night today, featuring a wide array of seafood delicacies complemented by mouth-watering Asean flavours.

The St Regis Doha currently features 12 destination restaurants and lounges, including Al Sultan Brahim, the award-winning Lebanese seafood destination; Vintage lounge, an ideal venue for intimate conversations and gatherings; two Gordon Ramsay restaurants; and Hakkasan, the fine-dining Chinese restaurant, the statement adds.
