Star N Style Fitness Centre, a new venture of the Star Kitchen equipment group, has been opened at Furoosiya Street.
The fitness centre sporting the latest equipment was jointly inaugurated by chairman Salem Khalaf al-Mannai and managing director P M Abdul Salam in the presence of a number of dignitaries.
The centre caters to body building, fitness, exercise and aerobics, Pilates and power yoga, functional training, basic CrossFit, injury prevention workout, kids training, and nutrition planning.
Steam bath, prayer rooms, healthy drinks, free locker and shower room are other attractions at the fitness centre.
Mr India Sooraj is heading the training sessions.
Special training cum physiotherapy services under Manikantan for the elderly, sick people and children is another attraction of the fitness centre.
The fitness centre is open from 5.30am to 2am, manager Mohamed Shafeeq said.
