His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani received the credentials of ambassadors of Kenya, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, Dominican Republic and the Slovak Republic to Qatar, Paddy C Ahenda, Samia Zakaria Gutu, Sisi Abdul Karim, Federico Alberto Cuello Camilo and Igor Hajdusek, respectively at the Amiri Diwan on Monday.
The Amir welcomed the new ambassadors, wishing them success in their missions and the relations between Qatar and their countries further progress and prosperity. The ambassadors conveyed to the Amir the greetings of their countries' leaders and wishes of further progress and prosperity to the Qatari people.
Earlier, upon arrival at the Amiri Diwan, the ambassadors were accorded an official reception ceremony.
