Qatar Chamber first vice-chairman Mohamed bin Towar al-Kuwari held a meeting yesterday with Shyam Metalics CEO Aditya Agrawal and the Indian embassy’s Commercial Representative Surinder Bhagat. During the meeting, Agrawal said the establishment of a manufacturing factory for ferroalloys will be “the first-of-its-kind in Qatar,” noting that his company is seeking a local partner for the project. Al-Kuwari said Qatar Chamber is keen on strengthening co-operation ties between Qatari businessmen and their counterparts worldwide, and affirmed the chamber’s readiness to help foreign companies willing to set up businesses in Qatar by finding local partners for them.
