Bedaya Center for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (Bedaya Center), a joint initiative by Qatar Development Bank and Silatech, is taking part for the second consecutive year at the Biryani Festival taking place at Al Bidda Park from February 20 to March 2.
Prominent F&B brands from the region as well as global markets are expected for the event, according to a statement.
Bedaya Center general manager Reem al-Sowaidi, said: “Thanks to the strategic partnership we have with the organising company ‘Four and One’, we have been able to provide eight start-up projects the opportunity to showcase their F&B related products and to present their skills and services, in addition to providing this platform to another 20 entrepreneurs to showcase their products at Dukan Bedaya.”
“This participation aims to strengthen the knowledge of entrepreneurs in the local market and bringing them closer to the community to learn the nuances of the business they are operating in and ways to improve their performance and services,” she concluded.
This initiative reflects the continuous efforts by Bedaya to support local entrepreneurs by providing them with an appropriate platform and discounted/ reasonable exhibiting fees to showcase and promote their products and easily reach consumers, which contributes to the growth and development of their businesses.
